Registration is required to post in this forum.  You are not required to give your name, or any personal details to become a member.   Private forums have their own rules according to the moderator. 

IMPORTANT:  There is a screenshot attached to edit your profile settings.  Under the login box, click on your profile name.  On the left under profile, click on settings.  It is very important that you change Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages to yes to receive email notification.  This is especially important if you are a member of a private Neighborhood watch forum.
