Membership in the Forum is granted upon registration.  Privileges may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of the Forum and without notice.  Private forums are a privilege granted solely and exclusively by the Forum.You may request a private forum by sending a PM to the webmaster or moderators.

The rules are not open for discussion on the open forums. If you have issues, concerns, or questions about a rule feel free to send a private message (PM) to a moderator or administrator.  Concerns or suggestions will be taken into consideration. Do not use the open forum to "call out" anyone for implementation of any rule(s).

Posts appear on the Forum as they are entered. It is impossible to monitor each post as submitted in real-time. The Forum will strive to ensure that all posts are polite, professional, and family-friendly with the absence of violence, sexual content, graphic description, and obscene language. Furthermore, it is the intent of the Forum to provide an atmosphere where every member, regardless of age, nationality, race, creed, political persuasion, sex, or level of education, shall be treated equally. This concept will be enforced with vigor.

Posts containing personal attacks or harassing, inflammatory, vulgar, abusive, threatening, sexually-oriented, hateful, or obscene language are prohibited on this Forum. Posts violating this prohibition will be removed. A member who violates this prohibition may be banned from the Forum. This prohibition includes attempts to alter words or phrases to avoid technical violation of the rules. The Forum will act more harshly toward those who intended to achieve a violation of the intent of the Forum rules by "typing around the censors" or replacing vulgarity with phrases or words such as "!@&)!@$*". If you cannot communicate without using profanity or vulgarity then this is not the place for you.

The Forum expects and encourages the lively exchange of ideas and opinions. The Forum also expects these exchanges to be free of rancor and personal invectives. Also, members found to have multiple user names with the intent of causing disruption on the forums will be removed.

Users with special knowledge are reminded of privacy laws pertaining to patients under medical care.  Names, addresses, and/or any other identifying information should not be used in posts on the Forum.  Care should also be taken when discussing any other incident when those do not necessarily involve patient confidentiality.

The For Sale forum of the board is established so that persons may engage in buying, selling, and trading of personal items. This is the only section of the forum where this activity is appropriate. Users of the For Sale forum are expected to refrain from making claims about a product which are exaggerated or untrue. When selling a product on the For Sale forum a set price is required unless it is an outright trade as you are willing.  When your item sells, please go in and edit the thread adding SOLD to the first post. Do not delete the thread.

PMs are intended to be precisely that. PMs from person-to-person cannot be read by administrators or moderators.

The Forum does not endorse or adopt any message unless posted specifically by administrators of the Forum. The Forum disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the content posted to the Forum by its members. The Forum reserves the right to delete any post at any time without notice.
